The staff are amicable and welcoming and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. It has fantastic location to see Haji Lane.

Good value for money room with a roll-up bed and with a lot of space. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, just next door to a preserved historical mosque. Nearby a bus stop, easy to travel around.

Convenience of location. Lots of shops and varieties of food selection. Direct bus to Marina Bay Sands and Resort World Sentosa.

The room I was in was ok although bathroom needs to have a good clean as have mould in the basin. Tv was old fashion, needs to be bigger like other hotels.

The location is perhaps the best attribute for this hotel. It is near Bugis area and the city. Even though the activity at the mall within the hotel is dull, the nightlife at Bugis area makes up for this shortfall. Room service was prompt. Food was good. I like the big tv. The view from room 1826 was good. The rubber mat for the toilet was a pleasant surprise.

How to write anything here that does not sound like a complaint? but still, the things that could be improved upon (a) More smiles please, even during check out time. (b) first room i stayed in without a door lock for the toilet, (c) front office issued me with an expired complimentary car park label,

Landmark village was in good walking distance to Sim Lim Square & Orchard Road.

We were unaware that servicing the room was not complimentary & received a bit of a shock when we were charged approximately S$20 per day in cleaning fees.

Rooms are specious than other similar hotels ..... better value for mony

As we were there for the health check ups in Raffels hospital the hotel is next door & It is very easy to get access to the Bugis MRT which lead to the whole Singapore.

My 7 yr old son was vomitting at 2 am & I asked from the hotel if they can provide me salt & she answered that they don't have salt in the hotel.Whereas they have 2 resturents.

The hotel is conveniently located near Bugis MRT and offers spacious rooms with all essential amenities. The staff demonstrated really good service, particularly in handling a minor issue I encountered with my room. The business center was helpful for my work needs, and the breakfast included a variety of options to start my day. My experience was quite positive.

Check-in took longer than expected.

We loved visiting Little India and the nearby mosque. The location is super convenient for exploring, and the pool was a refreshing break from the city heat. One tip , the breakfast gets pretty busy, so maybe head down early to beat the crowds.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a bit disappointing. The staff member was not cute, which put a damper on our arrival.

The hotel staff was very friendly and it is easier for us as we came with 2 kids , the street around the hotel is not so busy which fit us perfectly. We are also a muslim family which the location of the hotel caters to our req of having muslim food with restaurant ard that area serve this kind of food. This is a great hotel for family to stay in.

Exceptionally helpful people.

Great value for money room with a very comfortable bed. The central location nearby a bus stop. Nearby Atlas Bar - great place to chill out.

I Can't Think Any Positive Comment For This Hotel

The Receptionist (especially the women staff) are very rude, unmannered, unprofessional and racist. I already filed a complaint letter to their supervisor, but got no response at all. It seems the hotel management is somewhat do not honour their guests.
